The Create Waves philosophy is that change puts the spice into life.

If we are open to change there is no limit to the waves we can create in our own lives and those of the people we touch.

Welcome to the home of Create Waves, and thanks for stopping by. If you have a look around you will find an unusual, and hopefully stimulating, mixture of stuff. The common thread to all this is the notion that life is about creating waves, whether these be gentle ripples within a local community or violent tsunamis across a giant corporation.

The Create Waves home contains four main areas:

• Speaker Coaching: if you ever have to stand up and speak, and would like to improve, then this is the place for you
• Leadership support: this is about the variety of help we can offer you as a leader, both one-on-one and with your team
• Community drama: if you are at all curious about the power drama can have to create waves then visit here
• Performance: this contains actor stuff

You will also find a blog, if you haven’t already. The intention here is to provide a less structured environment, a messy room if you like, where we can play with ideas.
