Example:
The annual retail conference for a leading mobile phone company meant that a relatively new leadership team was expected to present to an audience of 500 employees. The theme for the conference had already been set by the director and a budget of £400k was being managed by a specialised events company.
The speaker team came together in a facilitated session and explored their collective and individual messages. Having agreed a coherent set of messages, work continued with each presenter to ensure (a) that a coherent flow was retained throughout the conference and (b) that each speaker was able to deliver a high quality presentation.
On the eve of the conference the speakers took part in a full dress and technical rehearsal during which final coaching and pre-performance preparation ensured that the event was a stunning success.
