A telecommunications company wanted a group of its marketing executives to improve their presentation skills so that they could improve the company's image and presence in the media and the wider industry.
A training day was designed that covered the key collective needs of the group. The group was shown, and practiced, how to construct a presentation, focusing on messages rather than content and the audience rather than the presenter. The group worked together practicing their skills and giving each other feedback and support. One year later and participants had developed their craft significantly and still use each other to get feedback on how they can improve further.
